6. Mattress Comfort Exchange Policy

Volusia Mattress offers a 365-night comfort exchange program on eligible mattress purchases, subject to the applicable written comfort exchange policy.

Customers must sleep on their mattress for at least 21 nights before requesting a comfort exchange.

Eligible exchanges receive 100% credit toward a replacement mattress, subject to the policy's conditions.

The original mattress must be in like-new condition, and an applicable delivery fee will be charged.

The comfort exchange program is an exchange benefit, not a cash refund or unconditional return policy.

Eligibility, exclusions, exchange procedures, and other requirements are governed by the written policy provided with the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Volusia Mattress assists customers with warranty questions and claims. Warranty eligibility and remedies remain subject to the applicable written warranty terms.
